Raleigh was a small town of less than 100,000 people when my family made the short move to Raleigh from nearby Sanford in 1973. Since then substantial growth has changed the capital of NC into a major metropolitan area with over 350,000 people making it the second largest city in NC with as many as 40-50 moving here daily! Wake County has grown along as well with over 750,000 residents drawn by jobs, climate, location, health care and natural beauty among other factors.

Traveling after college, I compared other places but decided to live in Raleigh. Where else could you, in less than 4 hours, travel to the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, or drive straight down an Interstate about 2.5 hours to experience the beaches, and then come home to a progressive area blessed with a diverse economy, outstanding human capital and a temperate four season climate?

After a brief stint selling golf course property in Pinehurst and Southern Pines, NC, I joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston in 1994 as a general brokerage agent and have thoroughly enjoyed helping people relocate from out of town or move within this area. I feel my time spent here and my experience enables me to bring an advantage to anyone wishing to buy or sell real estate in Wake County and all contiguous counties.

My experience includes: expertly assisting buyer and sellers, providing relocation services to out-of-town buyers and sellers, working with local builders and developers with the development of land, and commercial. As a golfer, I've played all the golf course in the area so in 1997 I developed a niche market catering to buyers and sellers of golf course properties! I have been fortunate to have forged relationships with great people and my service before and after the sale has inspired them to compliment me with referrals. That has enabled me to consistently place in the higher brackets for sales production. There is no substitute for experience.
